In recent years her area of specialisation has expanded to include the overlap between product liability laws, medical devices regulations and clinical negligence. In particular Sarah has focused her research on the defective PIP implants & DePuy recall of the ASR hip replacement system. Sarah is an associate legal expert with the Institute of Public Administration where she delivers specialised training in medical law, judicial review and courtroom skills to the public sector. She also lecturers Product liability law in Trinity College Dublin and is a guest lecturer in clinical negligence for the HSE & the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. In 2015 Sarah was appointed as legal counsel to the Oireachtas Banking Inquiry.

His “blue chip” international consulting credentials, educational qualifications and deep expertise in public sector procurement were recognized when he was appointed as the 1st Sourcing Director at the Office of Government Procurement in 2013. He has worked as a consultant with Deloitte and PwC (London) and latterly EY (Dublin) heading up their procurement advisory practice in Ireland until 2019. Eoin is the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (Ireland) and is the author of three CIPS textbooks including “Commercial Negotiation” published in May 2019.

He has planned and delivered multiple regulated procurement competitions under all procedures and chaired many evaluation panels. He has trained many hundreds of buyers over the years and in Sept 2020 he chaired the CMG Annual Procurement & Tendering Conference. During his time at OGP he was responsible for establishing national frameworks worth hundreds of € Millions and he has since advised many interested parties on the technical elements of frameworks. He is one of only three CIPS Fellows in Ireland.

Emily’s role as Tax Manager in PwC’s People and Organisation Tax department involved advising on various complex income tax and social security projects, and supporting clients through payroll tax and income tax audits by Revenue.

She also supported clients with Relevant Contracts Tax advice, from determining whether the tax is applicable to them, to reviewing contracts, RCT health checks, and preparing RCT voluntary disclosures in the context of Revenue audits.

From December 2016 she formed part of PwC’s dedicated PAYE Modernisation team, which was tasked with monitoring the developments of Revenue’s program for implementation of Real Time Reporting in Ireland and supporting PwC’s clients to prepare for the changes. As part of her role, she attended Revenue’s PAYE Modernisation Stakeholder group as PwC’s representative. She regularly provides training to PwC groups and external client groups and to professionals at industry CPD training on PAYE Modernisation and Real Time Reporting.

Most recently he has worked for CBRE as an Account Director in EMEA. Pat has also worked for a variety of blue-chip companies such as Aviva, Virgin Media, Bilfinger and the National Museum.
Pat is an experienced and qualified tutor and has previously delivered FM courses for IWFM.
Pat has an Honours degree in European Studies and Law from UL and is a Qualified Lead Auditor. He is currently Chairman of IWFM Ireland.

He has completed lecturing assignments at UCSC, Italy, ESB, Germany, QMUL/BUPT, Beijing, China. He is currently Chair and director of the Global Standard for Purchasing and Supply Chain Education. He is a past council member and past president for the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management. He has previously been seconded to the Health Service Executive ICT Strategy Unit, advising on procurement strategy and market engagement.

He has been on the Procurement for Innovation working group and was responsible for the delivery of the research that led to the publication of the 10 Step Guide to Smarter Procurement. He served on the Advisory Board to the National Procurement Service at the OPW. Dr. Davis was lead PI in DCU for the Winning in Tendering Project The project has a budget of €3.7 million euro. The project was a strategic project aimed at transforming the public tendering experience of Small Indigenous Suppliers in the Ireland / Wales region.
