Ciara Dooley is an Associate on the Infrastructure, Construction and Utilities team in Arthur Cox. Ciara has experience in advising clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious construction and procurement related matters in both the public and private sectors and has been involved in advising on large state sector contracts delivered by way of Public Private Partnerships. She has a wide range of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, construction contracts and tender documents, and providing general commercial law advices to clients across the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.
