Ciaran is one of two RICS Accredited Building Conservation Surveyors in Northern Ireland. he is an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, ROI Assigned Certifier, a CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist and a member of the Historic Buildings Council in Northern Ireland. He has specific expertise in Asset Management, stock condition surveys, stock investment plans, historic buildings expertise, feasibility studies, all Building Surveying and Architectural services.
