Colleen Cleary, Founder of CC Solicitors leads an experienced and partner-led team. The firm has a reputation for providing personable and timely advice on sensitive and nuanced employment related matters such as disciplinary issues, bullying and harassment, terminations, internal employment investigations and industrial relations issues. Colleen qualified in England and Wales and has practised law in the City of London. She is an experienced litigator, certified in advanced advocacy with the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She is also an accredited mediator with CEDR and an accredited workplace investigator with the US based Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). Colleen is a founding member and Chair of Innangard, an international alliance of law firms specialising in employment law. She was previously chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELA) and is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and specifically the ABA International Labour and Employment Law Committee. She is also a member of European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers and the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) in the UK.
