Conor Cooney

Associate Director, Assets + Operations, Europe Lead, Arup

Conor joined Arup in 1999 as a Building Services Design Engineer and was initially involved in project design and procurement for Mayo-Galway Pipeline (€50m) and Eli Lilly IE28 (€3m). In 2003, he set up the Asset & Facilities Management (AFM) business for Arup Ireland, now leading a team of six. He continually extends the service offerings of this diverse and skilled team to ensure successful outcomes for his clients. He regularly advises on Soft Landings, Asset / Facilities Management Systems, Risk Management & Contingency Planning, Outsourcing (Hard and Soft), Condition Surveys, Policies and Strategies, Recapitalisation Planning, Asset Life Extension, Compliance, Facilities Condition Indexing and Total Cost of Ownership. He also draws on the full services within Arup to complement his service offering to clients. The repeatability of clients noted below is testament of his commitment and passion for his work.
