David qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has worked primarily as an in-house solicitor for companies ranging from a start up company to a major food company listed on the Irish and UK stock exchanges. During that time he provided legal advice to the board of Directors, business managers and other staff in a wide range of areas including compliance with statutory requirements, particularly in the area of Employment Law. In addition to David Bell, the HR Department has a team of experienced HR professionals who assist clients in the development of a strategic approach to HR issues and the establishment of HR processes. This team of professionals also provide the comprehensive audit and implementation service to our clients.
