Denise is a chartered engineer with over 25 years’ experience working in the Irish Construction Industry. She holds an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. At RDJ she combines her technical expertise and experience of the construction industry with her knowledge of contract law to deliver client focused solutions to construction related issues. Denise acts for parties involved in dispute resolution processes under numerous forms of contract and has also acted for parties in adjudication proceedings referred under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
