Donal has extensive experience of construction disputes, commercial litigation and recovery actions. In particular, he advises insurers in the Irish Professional Indemnity market in respect of claims brought against various construction professionals including architects, engineers, and project managers. Donal has experience of all court jurisdictions, from the Circuit Court to the Commercial Court. In addition, he has been involved with and advises on the various methods of alternative dispute resolution, including conciliation, mediation and arbitration, arising from both construction and non-construction related disputes.
