As a Senior HR Business Partner who has worked in people functions across financial services for more than 16 years, Donna has vast expertise in all areas of strategic HR. She uses this expertise to design, manage and deliver people projects focusing on organisation values, ways of working and HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development programmes and exit practices. Donna holds a BA in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Business Partnering, three Advanced Diplomas covering Personal, Executive, Leadership and Mental Health and Corporate Wellbeing Coaching, EMCC Practitioner Level accreditation and is an accredited EQi, Strengths Finder and SpotlightPROFILE practitioner.
