Emma is an experienced solicitor advising on a wide range of public procurement matters. She has experience on the contentious and non-contentious sides of procurement. On the non-contentious side, Emma has experience in providing advice to public sector, utilities sector and private sector clients on the conducting and running of public procurement processes by public authorities, advising on matters arising during the course of the competitive process, drafting tender documents and drafting of public service contracts. Emma has specialist expertise in public procurement disputes, and has been involved in many high profile procurement challenges. This experience giver her an insight into the issues within a procurement procedure that are most likely to turn into a challenge, and how best to guard against them.
