Strategic Planning Director Bartra

Hazel is a Chartered Engineer and Town Planner with over 30 years’ experience (public and private sectors) in all aspects of development – planning and land use, master planning, design development, transportation, infrastructure and environment, procurement and business case development. In her role as Strategic Planning Director for Bartra Hazel leads the planning strategy across all projects – social housing, private residential, healthcare/nursing home and commercial real estate. Additionally, Hazel works closely with Andrew Ennis, Director of Investments and Structuring, on the Bartra Social Housing fund and the Enhanced Lease and associated Call for Proposals process.
