James is a Senior Associate on the Planning & Environmental team at Eversheds Sutherland LLP. He is experienced in planning law, assisting both public and private sector clients on a range of planning and environmental issues to enable the successful delivery of large-scale public and private commercial projects. He has an extensive background in planning and environmental enforcement management and regularly advises commercial clients on planning and environmental risk management and mitigation. James also regularly advises wind energy producers and commercial real estate developers in respect of planning applications and their obligations under planning legislation and in managing AIE data requests and challenges.
