Jennifer was called to the Bar in 2014, prior to that, she worked in the legal sector with solicitors’ firms for a number of years and briefly in the European Court of Human Rights and holds a diploma in construction law from the Law Society of Ireland. Jennifer primarily practices in the High Court with a particular emphasis on disputes involving general civil and commercial law, contract and tort law, including material damage claims and construction law. Her practice in construction law encompasses advising on large multi-party construction claims in the private and public sector, appearing in court, mediation, arbitration and conciliation for both private clients and state bodies. She also sits on the board of One Family Ireland, Ireland’s leading charity for people parenting alone, sharing parenting and separating.
