Luke is a Senior Associate in the Healthcare team at Hayes solicitors. Luke has experience of engaging in mediation and other forms of ADR at all stages of the litigation process, achieving positive results for his clients. Luke has also successfully represented defendants at a number of trials over the course of his career. Prior to joining Hayes, Luke worked for eight years for a highly ranked Chambers and Legal 500 UK firm in London, acting in the defence of clinical negligence claims, including high value cases involving injuries of maximum severity with complex causation issues. Luke has expertise in surgical claims and cases involving spinal injuries, brain damage, amputation, the delayed diagnosis of cancer and orthopaedic injuries.
