Mark is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department's Environmental and Planning team. He has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients on planning and environmental issues including issues of EIA, AA, and planning compliance generally. Mark specialises in contentious and non-contentious environmental, planning, and health and safety work and has significant experience in advising on these areas. He works closely on transactions with the firm's Banking, Energy, Corporate and Commercial Property teams.
