Pat Gaughan has over twenty years’ experience working at a senior level in Facilities Management both in Ireland and abroad. Most recently he has worked for CBRE as an Account Director in EMEA. Pat has also worked for a variety of blue-chip companies such as Aviva, Virgin Media, Bilfinger and the National Museum. Pat is an experienced and qualified tutor and has previously delivered FM courses for IWFM. Pat has an Honours degree in European Studies and Law from UL and is a Qualified Lead Auditor. He is currently Chairman of IWFM Ireland
