Patrick is a Barrister in the Law Library. He graduated in 2011 with a First Class Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from National University of Ireland, Galway and attained a Masters in European Union Law, ECHR Law and European Competition Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands in 2012. He has extensive experience in European, personal injury, construction, contract and criminal law, as well as experience acting in alternative dispute resolution hearings. He has provided talks in respect of construction law contracts concerning mediation, arbitration and conciliation. He is also an active member and volunteer for ISEL (Irish Society of European Law), providing talks on EU law and data protection under the GDPR.
