Paul established Cuttle Consulting Limited in November 2013 and specialises in crisis and emergency management, risk management, emergency evacuation and EHS. Since foundation of the company, Cuttle Consulting have worked with many organisations in the private and public sectors, designing their emergency plans, training their key staff and designing and delivering scenario based exercises.
