Sile O’Donnell is a HR Consultant and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in HRM, organisational behaviour and OD in Trinity College Dublin. Síle is a highly accomplished HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience and achievements in senior HR and OD roles, including roles at HR Director level in large public sector organisations. She is a Training Associate with Public Affairs Ireland and she has delivered numerous accredited HR training, people management training, wellbeing, leadership development, equality and dignity at work programmes for the past 10 years. As a HR Consultant, Sile provides HR expertise and services to numerous small, medium and large organisations. She has an exceptional record of delivering success for organisations in culture change, performance management, workforce planning, HR strategy and policies, competency frameworks and equality, diversity and inclusion. Since March 2020 she has trained hundreds of managers in managing and supporting people and teams remotely.
