Sinéad Gilmore is a Conveyancing Consultant in A&L Goodbody's Real Estate department. Sinéad has extensive experience in acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters including site acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property aspects of insolvency matters and property elements of corporate transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients including investors, property companies, developers and financial institutions. Sinéad has particular expertise in the area of complex conveyancing transactions and title reviews, and since 2016 has been supporting A&L Goodbody’s Real Estate team in this regard, with a focus on resolution of such issues generally and particularly regarding the title registration requirements of Tailte Éireann (being the statutory body under which the functions of the Land Registry and the Registry of Deeds fall).
