A chartered property professional with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of asset, portfolio and investment management, Sonia has mobilised and managed complex contracts on behalf of overseas investment funds, state bodies and private clients. She brings extensive expertise in the implementation of CRMs, helpdesk and CAFM systems and development and operation of integrated FM models, which will be applied in her role with Sensori as part of the contract mobilisation leadership team. As a keen contributor to WELL Community and BREAM initiatives, Sonia is also at the leading edge of innovative technologies and in life cycle costing. She brings a strategic view, having been in senior leadership teams, including IFM modelling, procurement of service providers, multisite FM operations, and providing strategic advice such as MEAT analysis and lean management.
