Sue McLoughlin is a seasoned Change & Transformation consultant & coach, helping people and organisations navigate and succeed in complex and dynamic environments. She has 25 years of experience working in global corporations and consulting for SMEs, MNCs, government agencies and NGOs. In her role as International Commercial Director with Inditex, she led strategic growth teams across all business functions, including commercial, people, change, expansion, operations, and innovation. In Sue's role as a C&T Consultant & Coach, she continues to lead strategic growth projects demonstrating her ability to open, grow and transform markets and product portfolios, develop diverse teams, and deliver innovative and lasting solutions. She also holds an MBA and multiple ICF accredited coaching diplomas, and is currently studying a MSc in Psychology.
