Xavier Dubuisson is CEO at RetroKit, is an engineer with over 25 years’ experience in sustainable energy in Ireland and internationally. Xavier was instrumental in deploying the Passive House standard when he was technical manager of SEAI's Renewable Energy Information Office, and is currently involved in a number of flagship NZEB new built and renovation projects. He is a founder of RetroKit, a digital platform dedicated to support housing providers in planning and upscaling the energy renovation of their housing stock.
