Zoe Richardson is an Associate solicitor with McDowell Purcell solicitors. Zoe has significant experience in the area of public and regulatory law and advises a number of professional regulatory bodies in the healthcare sector in relation to the management of complaints against healthcare professionals, fitness to practise Inquiries before committees of inquiry and emergency suspension applications. Zoe has recently completed a secondment with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) as Acting Head of Fitness to Practise, during which Zoe advised on all aspects of the Pharmacy Act 2007. Zoe also has extensive litigation experience, particularly in the area of clinical negligence.
