Clients who wish to sponsor a CMG Conference do so in the full knowledge of the following:

‍Payment is due 14 days after receipt of invoice. Any company who has not paid in full prior to the campaign commencing, cannot be included in the sponsor’s promotions until payment is received. In the event that payment is not received, CMG Events cancellation policy will apply. Sponsorship cancellations Policy: In the event of cancellation of sponsorship, the client hereby agrees to pay a cancellation fee on the full sponsorship balance, as follows. 80 days or more from the date of the event: 20% of the sponsorship value, 60 days or more from the date of the event: 35% of the sponsorship value, 59-30 days from the date of the event: 50% of the sponsorship value, 29-15 days from the date of the event: 75% of the sponsorship value, 14 days from the date of the event: 100% of the sponsorship value. This cancellation policy applies because the event organisers will have stopped taking bookings from interested parties. If a client cancels a previously confirmed sponsorship agreement, the event organisers will apply the above cancellation policy due to the limited time or opportunity to replace the cancelled sponsor.

CMG reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the advertised programme including a change of venue. The views expressed by the speakers are not necessarily those held by the organisers, nor is the organiser responsible for their opinions or statements. We do not sell your data to a third party - we may use your contact details for the purposes of notifying you of other events, conferences or training courses that we run.
