About this Conference

The Maintenance Contracts Conference will focus on key aspects of Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) in maintenance, covering what qualifies as maintenance, who is in scope, and when RCT applies. Attendees will also explore eRCT compliance and the appropriate use of Public Works Contract forms like CF6. Key legal issues such as vicarious liability, health and safety, and alternative dispute resolution will be discussed.
