Ross is the founder and Managing Director of Keystone Procurement, a specialised procurement consultancy that provides support to the Public, Not for Profit and Private sectors on procurement. He has been a tutor on CMG’s programmes for several years and is a frequent contributor to CMG conferences on public procurement topics. Ross provides mentoring and training to a wide variety of bodies subject to public procurement rules.
