About this Conference

This one-day conference will highlight key management, compliance and governance issues that are unique to the public sector in Ireland. We will look at management issues such as how to continue to innovate and collaborate in a hybrid world, change management issues and how to handle them and the importance of mentoring in the public sector and how to do it right. We will also cover administrative law, accountability, ethics and governance, and GDPR issues in the context of the public sector.

This conference will be of great interest to those in management and leadership positions within the public sector in Ireland.
